Type an idea. Get a 3D model.

Your first model is free. No account needed.

From a sentence to a product

Describe it

One sentence is enough. Name the object, its shape and its style.

Watch it take shape

A concept image shows up first. The 3D model follows a few minutes later.

Put it to work

Order a print shipped to you or download the file, no account needed. Or list it on your own store as a printed product, or hand it to a designer.

Good to know before you sell

AI generated models are for your own shop only. They never go on the designer marketplace, which is kept for original work by designers.

We do not claim your outputs and we do not restrict commercial use of them. Your use is also subject to the terms of the AI model that made them and to your local law. AI generated work may not qualify for copyright, so we cannot promise that you own the copyright or that nobody else gets a similar model.

The preview shows the generated shape. A printed part can differ from it. Fine detail can soften, thin parts may need thickening and some shapes need supports. A closed model in one piece can be ordered as a print right here. A model with holes or several pieces can go to a designer, who can make it print ready.

Frequently asked questions

Is the AI 3D model generator free?

Your first model is free. No account needed. Create a free Printlooper account and you get 2 more free models. After that, credit packs start at 5 models for $5.00, and paid plans include models every month.

Do I need an account to order a print or download my model?

No. Download it as an STL for a 3D printer or a GLB for 3D apps. If it is one closed piece, order a print of it right here: pick a print shop, pay, and it ships to you in the US or Canada. An account is only needed to sell a model on your own store or to get more free models, and every model you made in that browser moves into it.

Can I sell the models I generate?

Sellers can list a generated model on their own store as a printed product, as long as it is one closed piece. AI generated models are for your own shop only. They never go on the designer marketplace, which is kept for original work by designers.

Do I own the models I generate?

We do not claim your outputs and we do not restrict commercial use of them. Your use is also subject to the terms of the AI model that made them and to your local law. AI generated work may not qualify for copyright, so we cannot promise that you own the copyright or that nobody else gets a similar model.

Will a print look like the preview?

The preview shows the generated shape. A printed part can differ from it. Fine detail can soften, thin parts may need thickening and some shapes need supports. A closed model in one piece can be ordered as a print right here. A model with holes or several pieces can go to a designer, who can make it print ready. A print shop may decline a file it cannot print well, and then you get a full refund.

What can I not generate?

Weapons and weapon parts, adult content, hateful content, real people, and trademarked characters, brands or logos. Every prompt is checked before anything is generated, and a blocked prompt does not use up a free model.

Why am I asked to sign up before my first model?

Free models are limited per device and per network, so a shared or public connection may have used its free models already. A free account gives you 2 models of your own.

How long does a model take?

The concept image arrives first and the 3D model follows a few minutes later. If a model takes longer than usual we keep working on it, and it is saved to your account when you are signed in.
